SURPLUS GOODS PROGRAM

From time to time, QILC is in possession of

items which it cannot use for a variety of

reasons. We will make these items available for a

nominal fee. The items are given on a first-come first-serve basis.

QILC provides the items as is, without any warranty as to their

suitability for any particular use. The consumer accepts all responsibility

for the items including any liability that may result from their use.
